Unrestricted by genres, Gregor Hilden delivers infectious guitar lines and phrasing. Born in 1963 and currently based in Münster, Germany, Hilden is a versatile and accomplished guitarist. An admirer of Peter Green, he balanced his dedication to music with running a specialized guitar magazine. He released his debut album in 1994 and has been working as a full-time professional musician since 2005. He has released twenty albums with his own band and the Gregor Hilden Organ Trio, and has contributed as a sideman to more than thirty additional recordings. With his refined, polished technique, Hilden’s six-string style defies conventionalism. His versatility across a wide range of genres gives him the freedom to play with generosity and authenticity.
