These guys know how to play. They don't care about Hound Dog Taylor or Chuck Berry. They attack Elmore James and relentlessly give life to Stevie Ray Vaughan. Blues and rock'n'roll with denomination of origin. Michael "Tscheky" Sedlatschek, lead guitarist and singer, was born in 1998 in Germany and together with his mate, also guitarist Christoph Voggesser, they decided to put an end to their outsiders status and in 2011 they fulfilled their dream of creating a blues band by founding The Blues Kings. It's surprising to hear these young men play the blues, not only do they have an excellent command of the instruments but they also know how to equip them so that their proposal is credible and the result is as obvious as the music they play. This second album should be the preamble for a future work more conceptual, with own compositions and a little more risk in the proposal. While it arrives, "Men of Blues" allows us to enjoy this musicians with a high degree of competition and promising intentions.
