PREVIOUS ALBUMS

Two Dutch brothers who love the blues. They are not newcomers to music. Pascal and Walter Wilhelm listened to an old Albert King album from their father's collection in their living room when they were still teenagers, and that experience defined their future as musicians. After memorizing every solo on King's album, they got together with a couple of mates and created a band to have fun. Over time, each followed his own path as a musician. Thirty years later Pascal and Walter decided to recover those hours of fun and started working on a common band project, it was the year 2014, and Ticket West was born. After some time to recover ideas, they warmed up the nearest clubs with a repertoire that included the west-coast blues that defined them and the Chicago blues that they idolized. In 2020 they released their first album "High Class Horse" which was followed the following year by "Cab Driving Man". The third album in three successive years is here, "49 Park St. Blues", first composed entirely of their own songs, is an account of their entire career as a blues band in which they show professionalism and conviction fully identified with their sole objective of playing the music that identifies them in modern times full of programmed sounds and pre-defined artists.
