Something moves in Italy with blues music. Giulio "Spookyman" Allegretti born in 1986, from Rome, must know it and tries to corroborate it with this his second album "Blood Sweat And Tears". His past in local bands playing everything from folk and punk to grunge and rockabilly didn't weigh enough on his young will to make music. Until he discovered John Lee Hooker and Muddy Waters. He understood that to play the music that he wanted, his personality, his guitar, and also accompany himself with some percussion, was enough. He had discovered the peculiarities of the blues. As one-man-band recorded his first album in 2016 with all original songs and he toured the country performing in small clubs, ten people bars and in festivals with greater attendance. In 2019 he decided to seek the colaboration of some musicians to give his songs more integrity and formed his current band The All Nighters, with whom he has recorded this second album. With a sound in the studio that brings back recordings in the fifties, they have managed to filter out any condescension with the past and have built a serious, balanced and eloquent album. There is no copy, there is originality.
