Born in New York in 1960, blues rocker Popa Chubby has spent the last thirty years pouring energy and personality into his exclusive and fiery 60s-style blues, distilled from the albums of Jimi Hendrix and the Rolling Stones, the New York punk of the New York Dolls, the Chicago old school of Muddy Waters and Otis Rush, and other fiery legends like Freddie King.
