A KIND, CRITICAL AND IRONIC ELEGANCE

THROUGH MUSIC

A gentle tour along paths full of elegance. Songs with a critical background nuanced by irony. An artist from Basel (Switzerland) alerts the most clueless about the importance of songwriting from the most committed intuition and the serenity of someone who observes events with a guitar in hand. Modern folk reindexed from the cracks of rock'n'roll, an invitation to a blues lulled by calm chords that open the door so that each of the most biting messages can enter, contents disguised as naif, almost minimalist symbols. Niklaus Brunner hiding behind Mono Mojo, came out of the hole in 2016, when the need to show everything inside him became imperative. They say that he built his first guitar with bicycle brake cables, and it may be true. His music is suitable for all audiences, but not everyone will understand why this guy has so much eclecticism and redicality in his head in constant effervescence. He plays all the instruments, his voice is palliative, discretion and vehemence are on his side and all of this is actively translated into his particular musical world. It is very interesting to try new experiences like those proposed by these two albums.
