No partcular style. I just want to refer to them as music, black roots music. Little Village Foundation has a shocking catalog of musical works, their clairvoyance is our vision to find missing links in an almost infinite abyss of artists, these guys have made it possible to verify that an ephemeral ray of light can dimly illuminate a corner of the stage on which an unexalted actor is shyly found. Marcel Smith has a vocal art that transcends any pre-established pattern, his voice is his soul, his songs are not simple or complex performances, they mark the limit of the capacity between a man and his voice.
