Originally from Jackson (MS) where she was born in 1980, Adrienne Palmer, artistically known as Adrena, is not an easy artist to find. Her first single was released in 2008 and her latest  six songs EP, entitled "Recipe For The Blues", in 2022. Two years later, four songs have been added and reissued as "Deluxe Edition". At the crossroads where Aretha Franklin and Koko Taylor meet, Adrena takes over and her transcendent and incandescent vocal power emerges like thunder in the storm. She is also consistent with R&B on her album "Rhythm & Blues" in which she dabbles in hip-hop or unravels the most energetic soul on the album "Better Days". "Recipe For The Blues (Deluxe Edition)" is a tremendous album of intense and dynamic blues, it contains one of the best black female voices of today.
