Born in Arkansas in 1969, J.P. Soars represents a generation of blues musicians who carry in the DNA the claim of their oldest musical tradions where they come from. After winning first prize at the 2009 IBC, his popularity has been steadily increasing, he has recorded six albums and participated in Southern Hospitality, a supergroup with coetaneous such as Victor Wainwright and Damon Fowler. "Let Go On The Reins" is his latest studio work and is produced by another mate, Tab Benoit, who has also put the recording studio. It's a really interesting album, in which the guitar and the voice are given prominence which is enough guarantee to deliver eleven perfect and aoutstanding songs. To name Tillis Verdin and his B3 work is really comfortable and encouraging.
