The New Jersey Delta region is not recognized as such by the state government, occupied by a relegated population, advanced in every way, pioneer in modernity, culturally rich and with its own musical identity. Its ancient and particular folklore was not left out of the influences of migrations from the south along the 21st century and was clearly influenced, evolving the various facets of that identity intrinsically marked by exclusive sound instruments and autochthonous sounds. In this way, folklore gradually adapted to other forms, roots music, from soul to blues, from country to rock'n'roll, but never without losing distance from a past that they certainly cannot abandon. Since 2012 in New Jersey, guitarist and keyboardist Benny Harrison together with guitarist and harp player Robert Van Kull took up the torch of this entire legacy by forming the Committee of Vultures collective, made up of more than thirty musicians, guitarists, percussionists, harmonicas, bass players,  horns, strings, singers, developing a style as orthodox as it's eclectic. , with the aim of catalyzing as well as showing a live and evolving musical-cultural richness. "Everybody Wants the Blues" is twelve songs of terrifying strength and timeless beauty, performed by select musicians, and is a decidedly magical album.
