Sugar Ray Norcia another harmonica player par excellence in the blues world. Since the late 70's with his band The Bluetones, that he founded together with another legend called Ronnie Earl, plus seven years being part of of the essential Roomful Of Blues lineup, multi award-winning and recognized as a true master developing the blues music from the West Coast style to the Chicago most urban sounds. From his home, Severn Records, rewards us with another album "Too Far From The Bar" that is already part of history for having among the credits the last appearance of Charlie Baty in a studio before his passing last April. Another masterpiece of one of the greats.
