Since the mid-70s of the last century, American blues musicians have carried the twelve bars to festivals and clubs in the main Japanese metropolises, generating a true fondness for the genre, but at the same time it has not been able to reach to the surface, concentrating musicians and fans in the country's musical underground. Throughout his trips to Japan, Johnny Burgin has known exceptional local blues musicians and, under the production of Delmark Records, he has brought them together in the studio and has released this album which has had a fantastic result.
