STRICTLY

REGGAE

When reggae licks became part of Louisiana roots music, Henry Turner Jr. was there. Not only soul, jazz, swamp pop or blues are part of his musical DNA, Turner picks up his pedigree in World Music as part of the musical wealth of the Louisiana State, publishing nine albums and more than twenty singles through his own label Hit City Records. From the United States to Japan, he has toured stages with his eclectic mix of syncopated rhythms and prayers to the Jah of the swamps. "Now" is a modern and risky album at the same time, which makes it a piece for the enjoyment of the most outstanding listeners.
